Preferred experience in ERP, SaaS, P2P_ Procure to Pay, Source to Pay, financial software product sales. The Customer Account Director role is an individual contributor role, reporting to the Vice President-Customer Account Management.
The Zycus Customer Account Director (CAD) is the key Strategy, Business, Contractual and Relationship owner on behalf of Zycus with our existing customer relationships, and is responsible for driving revenue growth and solution footprint expansion within an assigned set of customers.
This individual should be comfortable establishing and maintain executive level Client relationships, consulting and influencing customers, developing, positioning and closing sales opportunities and managing all financial aspects of the relationship - backed by a strong understanding of the customers’ business objectives and the capabilities of the Zycus solution. Performance in the role is measured by revenue growth, customer retention, account footprint growth, and customer reference-ability.
Ideally we are looking for someone located in Eastern or Central time zones.
