You will oversee all aspects of research, data collection, inventory, analysis, and final report production to ensure compliance with SWCA's high-quality standards for technical work to meet agency requirements and guidelines while maintaining scientific quality. You will also assist with project and task management, including preparing and managing budgets, collaborating on proposal efforts, and providing the highest level of care and service to clients. You will also assist in authoring large technical reports, research designs, treatment plans, and other documents. You will be expected to work independently and collaboratively with a variety of colleagues, clients, and agency contacts, and have the ability to adapt quickly to changes in project needs, agency requests, and more.
