Basic Qualifications
• Minimum of 3 years of IT experience as a business analyst with extensive P&C Insurance and Guidewire experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in Agile Scrum methodology
Preferred Qualifications
• Subject matter expert with excellent communication skills to work directly with business leadership and guide and lead requirement sessions on various P&C LOBs
• Works closely with the testing to ensure the coverage of business-critical functionalities
• P&C domain knowledge
• Leads and guides other BAs in the team
Technical Skills Have experience of production support and enhancement in Guidewire Policy Center Must have experience in configuring Product Designer Workers comp, Commercial Auto, General Liability Experience with Guidewire Configuration , PCF, Data Models, Rating, Business Rules and Workflow for Policy Transactions. Experience with Guidewire Integration development using GOSU, Business XML, Webservices ,Guidewire Plugins and JMS, Guidewire Batch Process and GX Models Understanding of various levels of test unit test, integration test, system test , must be able to develop Junits and Gunits Soft skills Additional Agile scrum team skills for developers, attention to detail constructive attitude in code design reviews Demonstrate quick technical learning agility, strong work ethic, strategic thinker Comfortable consuming latest technologies or development practices Expected to demo solutions to team for aiding their understanding of future technical changes.
