We are building a platform that includes not only mortgage, but real estate, property & casualty insurance, and title insurance products, with additional product expansion on the near-term horizon. The Cross Product Sales Manager will be responsible for the recruiting, training and management of best in class sales, fulfillment and customer success teams spanning a variety of expansion financial products (aside from mortgage). This is an opportunity to work closely with senior leadership across the organization while building a strategically important team that will increase customer lifetime value and provide consumers with a one-stop shop for all of their homeownership needs.
The Sales Manager is responsible for ensuring the team achieves sales & customer satisfaction goals and metrics, and maintains compliance with Federal, State, Investor and Company guidelines and policies. In addition, the Sales Manager will work with leadership to craft and execute a winning strategy to maximize conversion, revenue and customer satisfaction.
You can expect to actively contribute in the following ways:
Plan, organize and implement sales programs and strategies to accomplish objectives (e.g. increase conversion of insurance policies written)
Identify and develop new business sources within the market (e.g. work with GMs to offer bundled product offerings and savings)
Build team strategy for capturing business from potential referral sources
Train, develop and mentor staff to increase productivity
Oversee the on-boarding process/experience for new sales team hires in the New York office
Work closely with Mortgage team to ensure a high level of customer service
Evaluate pipeline and productivity data to determine local market potential and make recommendation on business plan for the New York office
Manage staff by providing goals, support, oversight, supervision and training

You are a strong performer with 4-8+ years of relevant experience in Sales
You have managed sales reps for a minimum of 2 years
Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
Must be able to manage staff, lead team initiatives and work well in a group environment
Knowledge of selling techniques and strategies
Must have the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities without sacrificing performance
