LinkedIn is seeking a CRM SolutionsDeveloper who will beresponsible for technical development, system configuration, design, integration, and project delivery. This role will work alongside cross-functional horizontal teams to execute and maintain critical business and system processes with direct impact to the company’s bottom line. This role helps support hundreds ofinternal users and millions of external users (using ~ 25 differentlanguages) via scalable tools &technology. Responsibilities

  • Understand current core business processes and existing technical solutions
  • Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts, system architects, and IT professionals to implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
  • Design, configure, and implement strategic and operational projects supporting Global Customer Ops
  • Integrate existing support systems and services into the CRM architecture
  • Support ongoing system maintenance, tool consolidation, & upgrades as necessary
  • Customize the system to meet the business needs of the company
  • Analyze information in the system to proactively suggest or develop solutions to issues
  • Apply CRM systemexperience to provide operational assistance to address the needs ofinternal users

BasicQualifications

  • 3+ years of experience customizing and/or administering a CRM solution
  • 1+ year of experience customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM for Service and/or Sales
  • 1+year of developmentexperience with C#, JavaScript, orother object-orientedlanguage

PreferredQualifications

  • Proficiency developing, deploying, customizing, and integrating Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Proficiency in understanding and implementing business workflows and processes
  • Proficiency in using the either the CRM SDK or plugin platforms
  • Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment environments
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Technology or related field
  • Understanding of Unified Service Desk (USD) for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Experience with large, multi-org, multi-team CRM implementations
  • Understanding of successful governance & delivery mechanisms at other companies
  • Working knowledge of REST & SOAP APIs
  • Experience designing for multiple languages
  • Mobile development or design background
  • Direct service experience
  • Experience working in a high-growth, performance-focused environment
