The newly formed Customer Relationship Management Product team in the Product Division is responsible for the strategy and management of our CRM applications and business processes. The CRM applications are the life blood of SVB, and are critical to the sales strategies that are responsible for almost all client acquisition at SVB that has resulted in SVB being the most popular banking partner for startups globally. The Private Banking teams rely on CRM every day to win deals, manage client relationships and drive unique insights that build the deep relationship of trust with clients that SVB is known for.
This role creates designs products with a customer centric approach, and an emphasis on sourcing the right data to inform product related decision making.
