Position Summary

Radiology Partners is seeking a Manager, Credentialing who will be responsible for the team of credentialing specialists assigned to credential our Radiologists nationwide. The perfect individual will love rolling up their sleeves and getting into the nitty gritty. They will have a passion for developing new processes and appreciate the importance of credentialing to our organization. Come join our team and make a difference!

Position Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee, recruit, train, develop and manage credentialing team
  • Create relationships with stakeholders both inside and outside the organization
  • Create and teach new processes
  • Ensure new physicians and new facilities are being credentialed appropriately and timely
  • Develop and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Develop and implement projects to standardize facility credentialing processes
  • Develop and manage standard audit processes to ensure quality
  • Deliver high quality service to operations team and ensure tight credentialing deadlines are met
  • Measure and improve credentialing processes to minimize credentialing time
  • Provide updates on credentialing status to Credentialing management

Desired Professional Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degreerequired
  • Minimum of 7years credentialing experiencerequired; 2 – 3years of experience leading credentialing teams
  • Certified Professional Medical Services Management (CPMSM) or Certified Professional Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) certification required
  • Working knowledge of credentialing accreditation regulations, policies and procedures, and NCQA standards also preferred
  • Experience with process design preferred
