The Manager of Creative Services is the primary steward of visual identity of the Cross Country Healthcare family of brands and will lead the design function at the company. This individual will be responsible for developing and leading a network of designers and overseeing the execution of creative projects and deliverables to promote the brand -- both internally and externally. The Manager will report to the Director of Corporate Marketing and Communications and work very closely with the Chief Marketing Officer to modernize the brand and enhance the creative assets and delivery of traditional and digital marketing tools to effectively promote the company to healthcare professionals and healthcare facilities across the United States.

  • Manage and build a network of designers, ensuring all deliverables meet the highest standards of creative excellence and follow defined brand guidelines
  • Develop superior, strategic creative concepts and deliverables for traditional and digital media that embodies the brand principals, guidelines and identities for Cross Country Healthcare brands
  • Partner with brand managers and successfully manage design demand with proper capacity management, fresh perspectives and innovative marketing solutions while delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Serve as the lead on all conceptual design development of all approved projects, ensuring design team delivers is on strategy and consistently delivering creative excellence
  • Collaborate with senior Marketing leadership to review all creative work, ensuring it consistently meets the highest standards. Foster a culture of collaboration and engagement to drive team and business goals
  • Help facilitate and manage discussions with internal clients on strategic issues and how they can be supported through development of creative marketing assets
  • Ensure strict adherence to the company's brand guidelines and continually help to refine the company's visual identity as needed
  • Perform other job related functions as assigned

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or Fine Art, or equivalent agency or in-house experience
  • 6-10 years Marketing/Advertising experience with a demonstrated talent for high-caliber creative concept development. Superior portfolio, which includes traditional and digital marketing work
  • Experience managing others desired
  • Advanced knowledge of design software; Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign. Experience working with project management and workflow platforms
