The Creative Operations Manager is the steadily beating pulse of the Dashlane Creative team, enabling us to achieve operational excellence. Reporting to the Creative Director in our NYC office, you will introduce, manage, and centralize the tools, processes, and systems that will enhance team velocity, quality, and business impact. You'll interface with both internal stakeholders and external agencies, vendors, and partners to help us execute a wide range of marketing and corporate projects, including brand development, advertising campaigns, videos and motion graphics, our website, landing pages, emails, event materials, global office creative, and more. With a mindset towards continuous improvement and driven by a desire to hit our ambitious and meaningful goals, the Creative Operations Manager is integral to the Creative team's effectiveness and success.

You will be based in New York, NY.

At Dashlane you will:

  • Own the lifecycle of all creative projects, successfully intaking, planning, managing, facilitating, and routing creative work
  • Implement and optimize cross-channel project management processes, from brief to kickoff, through final delivery, and implementation when applicable
  • Participate in and facilitate priorities meetings, stand-ups, design reviews, and retros in order to keep all projects on time and high quality
  • Facilitate and document creative approvals and decisions from meetings and ensure follow-through
  • Maintain a deep understanding of every designer's and writer's strengths and bandwidth, and work with teams to delegate project work accordingly
  • Demonstrate an understanding of our product and brand, and be an ambassador for operations at Dashlane
  • Proactively identify and elevate potential issues and delays to stakeholders and provide thoughtful solutions
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors, agencies, and partners to define timelines, specifications, budgets, contracts, and approvals
  • Ensure the team is armed with the proper tools, software, and resources to optimize output and quality
  • Track and facilitate team goal-setting and achievements
  • Partner with the Creative Director to support healthy org culture through meetings, offsites, internal surveys, etc

Requirements:

  • 5+ years working in operations management, project management, production management, or similar supporting a Creative team, preferably within a Marketing org

You also have:

  • Experience owning and optimizing project management systems and software to support multiple teams
  • Understanding of how to create print, video, digital and development schedules from kickoff to delivery
  • Ability to earn the trust and respect of stakeholders and creatives
  • Ability to maintain a balanced focus on both the small details of a project and the larger objectives and schedule
  • Previous experience with both Wrike and Jira, or similar project management software
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Outstanding communication, collaboration, and time management skills
  • A desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment

Bonus points if you have experience with:

  • Proficiency in basic design and production programs, such as Adobe and Sketch
  • Digital and print production experience
  • Photoshoot or video production experience
