The Creative Director will work with the VP of Creative Services to develop and implement innovative and creative video campaigns that span across multiple platforms. This person will lead promotional efforts for original programming with direct responsibilities for concept development, creative direction, and tactical executions. The Creative Director will act as the primary liaison between creative agencies, internal clients, programmers, and show executives. The Creative Director will also be responsible for the management of multiple campaign budgets.
Lead video marketing creative direction on multiple campaigns at a time, assuring these campaigns are on strategy and on brand. Act as the strategic lead for creative conceptualizing, development and execution of launch and continuity.
Partner and collaborate closely with marketing peers to ensure projects meet goals and achieve desired results.
Push the creative boundaries of traditional promotion and establish new creative standards.
Build strong relationships with external agencies, as well as with internal business partners, executives, show-runners, and talent.
Track campaigns and allocate resources to ensure that projects stay on deadline and within budget
Must be a strategic thinker and creative problem solver, with an ability to influence, ideate and execute groundbreaking ideas and build strong teams focused on passion and creative innovation.
Expert knowledge of creative marketing concepts, development and production with proven ability to manage creative projects from conception through implementation.

Expert knowledge of production management, post-production, video, writing and producing.
5-7 years relevant work experience in creative production at a television or cable network, ad agency or other related industry, or equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience. Prior experience launching with award-winning type content, original scripted series and movies is a plus.
