You will be a driving force behind building multiple brands in the digital and traditional space. You will collaborate with the Digital and Traditional Media teams and put forth a vision to creatively drive results through content. You are a leader and mentor and as such will lead a team of creative minds towards out of the box, disruptive yet fun campaign creation that achieves the goals that you have set forth.
- Manage a team of content creators, editors and producers
- Responsible for collaborating with brand teams and integrated marketing/media teams to set the digital vision and creative strategy for the brands
- Responsible for the execution of the vision
- Proven brand builder with 5 – 10 years of brand or entertainment marketing and advertising experience in a leadership role
- You are either an Art Director, Writer or Creative Director with a strong sense of Strategy
- Strong visual sense and expert understanding of digital content and emerging platforms
- Experience working on Kids brands an asset
- Experience leading and managing a team of creative people
- University degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Advertising or Arts.
