Reporting to the Sr. Creative Director, Marketing Communications, the Creative Director, Copy, will be responsible for leading the copywriting function at CVS Health. They must have a proven track record of both creating and inspiring innovative, effective marketing communications campaigns that both build brands and drive sales. A strong strategic thinker, the Creative Director, Copy should also be a motivating manager and experienced at influencing senior level colleagues and fellow creative team members. They will be one of the most senior leaders of a 35-person team of creatives and, as such, they should be a passionate, positive, solutions-oriented leader.
To be successful in this role the candidate should have a portfolio filled with innovative, multi-channel campaigns with examples of both brand-building and sales driving work. They should have deep experience in video, immersive digital
