The ideal profile for this role is
Creative Director with a proven track record of success in creating marketing communications, advertising and digital solutions for the Pharmaceutical Industry.
Deep understanding of Pharmaceutical marketing: marketing communications, marketing technologies, CRM, Web / Mobile, Social Media.
Combined experience in creating advertising and communication services and Pharmaceutical blockbuster promotion leadership within the region, preferably working in a leading agency,
Experience working with strategy and creative teams to pitch and sell communications initiatives.
Understanding of digital health landscape and industry trends.
Demonstrated ability to manage pitches and presentations to senior-level business and executives at leading Pharmaceutical Companies.
Experience with new approaches to communications and advertising that bridge data analytics, ROI and creative solutions preferred not required.
Lead strategic component of the development of creative briefs, market research, client input, and brand creative client workshops.
Partner with clients to understand brand, messaging, & creative vision
Gain product knowledge to ensure sound strategic planning, timely & accurate implementation, financial control and a solid client relationship.
Possess ability to take abstract concepts and empower project teams to create cutting-edge concepts or designs that are representative of the client's goals, and within brand and compliance guidelines.
Demonstrate balance of risk management and expedient decision making
Execution responsibility :
Manage and carry out photo shoots, video and film production.
Participate in market research and has ability to translate insights supporting creative campaign
Drive execution of creative campaigns to adhere to client timeline
