This position is responsible for developing direct creative communications primarily for B2B Acquisition and Customer Retention initiatives. Oversee campaign-level execution from concept to the release of files to ensure efforts meet brand, creative and plan goals/objectives.



  • Manages creative development of B2B and Base initiatives, campaigns and brand stewardship for assigned projects; acts as main point of contact on assigned projects: day-to-day contact for internal clients, in-house creative studio and agency partners on execution
  • Briefs and manages creative studio and agency partners on execution of B2B and Base initiatives from start to finish
  • Demonstrated experience working with and leveraging consumer research (with internal and external teams) to optimize current and future work
  • Works with creative studio and agency on creation of best value propositions and overall marketing calendar
  • Collaborates with internal business groups, creative studio and agency partners on campaign and project briefs
  • Ability to ensure project/creative briefs are clear and concise to develop dynamic creative
  • Leads development, execution and implementation of direct email, video, digital, MMS/SMS and direct mail creative work
  • Works closely with all applicable Marketing teams to manage campaign identities and establish consistent look/tone/feel across multiple communications vehicles
  • Ensures all projects are produced on brand, fast to market and within budget
  • Troubleshoots and resolves day-to-day issues or problems affecting quality and delivery of projects
  • Applies current Direct Marketing industry best practices
  • The ability to establish metrics, tracks results and communicates and applies learnings
  • Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed



  • 6+ years Direct Marketing communications experience within a consumer products company (wireless or consumer tech preferred) or equivalent experience in account management for an agency
  • Solid understanding of CRM strategyComprehensive knowledge of the creative product process in order to intelligently and articulately communicate with agencies to translate the business needs into creative solutions, manage the workflow assigned to agencies and use creative judgment to control the quality of work produced by agencies, and provides feedback to agencies on all assigned projects and makes recommendations to internal stakeholders on resolution of creative/agency issues
    • Includes understanding optimal contact strategy for acquiring and retaining customers
    • Knowledge of customer segmentation and targeting for direct marketing activities and the ability to provide direction to campaign operations teams
    • Knowledge of test and learn methodologies
  • Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment


  • BA/BS Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent is required
