Job Description

Oversees all aspects of the quality management function for Bayfront Health Spring Hill and Bayfront Health Brooksville. Develops plans designed to improve the overall quality of the organization'sfacilities andpatient care services. Oversees the implementation of quality improvement efforts designed to improve clinical performance and maintain compliance with TJC, HIPAA, and other accreditation standards. Responsible for planning and directing quality policies, programs, and initiatives. Relies on extensiveexperience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A widedegreeof creativity and latitude is expected. Reports to the CEO.

Job Requirements

Associates degree in nursing from an accredited nursing school. BSN and/or Master's in Business Admin or related field a plus. Minimum of 5 plus years current leadership experience as a Director of Quality Improvement in an acute care hospital. Must have extensive knowledge regarding TJC, HIPAA and other accreditation standards such as compliance. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
