Our client company is a boutique CPA firm that provides investment, tax, and audit services to a select clientele. They're nearing the end of their second decade servicing Central Florida and were founded by a home town individual with a UCF MBA and prior Big Four experience. They are looking for a comparatively junior CPA who can be groomed to functionally replace a long term partner who will be retiring. The firm is willing to consider out of state candidates and finding someone who wanted to start part time would be ideal but not a requirement. Ideal candidate would have the following qualifications and experience:

* A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university

* A Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

* At least five years of public accounting experience

* The majority of that experience should be on the tax side

* Outstanding oral and written communication skills

* Computer literacy and a command of common software packages

* Business development skills would be a plus


$80K - $90K
$80K - $90K base, Excellent Benefits bonus
