Court Procedures Attorney

The Court Procedures Team is a part of the Litigation Department and functions as a resource for litigators regarding the procedural components of their cases. The team provides procedural and filing guidance for matters in federal and state courts at both the trial and appellate levels, and executes all court filings.

What you do:

  • Respond to workflow requests of firm attorneys and professional staff relating to court rules, court procedures, court filings, and execution of other court-related tasking.
  • Develop and maintain effective professional working relationships with court personnel, firm attorneys, support staff, and outside vendors.
  • Provide substantive assistance in the preparation of court filings, compliance reviews on court filings, and the coordination of filing and service of various documents.
