Raytheon Intelligence and Space (RIS) is seeking an Asset Manager responsible for all JPALS program assets, including engineering, capital, and government (customer) material. Main duties will include interaction with Production Control department for procurement of warehouse materials into engineering and production labs for development, integration, production, test, and repair purposes. The Asset Manager will ensure equipment work order and traveler documents are properly assigned, tracked, and closed out with requests to Production Control for moving materials from the labs back to the Warehouse. The successful candidate will possess expertise in interfacing with Production Control, Property, Receiving, and Warehouse departments. Coordination with different departments will be required for the replacement and exchange of damaged or non-conforming material during engineering or production activities. The candidate will perform periodic utilization reviews of government equipment for the Property organization and will be responsible for conducting annual validation of all program inventory, including the validation of property tags on material. The role requires the constant evaluation of all engineering and government inventory for excess disposition, such as scrap, surplus or long term storage. The candidate must use organization skills to organize and consolidate material in engineering storage rooms. The applicant will be generating inventory status reports and expected to participate in team status meetings. Other duties include managing the calibration of all lab equipment requiring calibration, managing the storage and disposal of hazardous chemicals in test labs, updating Shelf Life Control application, and performing macro photography of assemblies for remote inspections. Requires a degree in Electrical Engineering or related Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) field, or related STEM degree program from an Accredited University/School/College and 6+ years of related work experience, or 10 years of commensurate experience.
