Role description:As a Cost Manager, you will work on the capital project controls of our data center construction projects in the Omaha-Council Bluffs area. From preconstruction and risk assessment to change orders and handover,
you will be part of the action! Come join us!
This role is located at our client's site! This is a permanent position with lots of room for professional growth!Role accountabilities: - Providing support to Project Teams throughout the project lifecycle from preconstruction to closeout
- Produce accurate project level reports that provide detailed analysis of project cost, program estimates, program master planning, operations and benchmark
- Development and maintenance of project budgets from design concept through to project completion
- Assisting with change order management process - estimating, negotiating and tracking of total project costs
- Reconciling program and project controls data with the client's fiscal and financial controls systems
- Responsible for payment applications and invoice management for the project
- Development and presentation of key cost data to internal and external stakeholders and team members yes not
Qualifications & Experience: - Understanding of construction means and methodology it would be great if candidate has work on data center construction projects
- Ability to read and understand design information
- Ability to engage and have positive relationships with the project teams like: client stakeholders, contractors/suppliers as well as internal team members
- Working knowledge of cost and/or resource load schedules/schedule of values
- Experience with contract negotiation
Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying) or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of relevant cost management experience
- Strong software technical skills
- Excellent communication - verbal and written

We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is$88,580 to $132,870 per year.
