  • Coordinates with security vendors and TD Ameritrade’s technical teams in performing installation moves, changes, additions, and removal of hardware and software in support of access control systems, CCTV, and emergency operations system
  • Accountable for monitoring systems health and the identification of abnormal occurrences, and system operations 
  • Will perform initial trouble shooting of systems issues and escalate as appropriate to resolve and/or mitigate system issues
  • Support management and administrator responses to system outages, ensuring appropriate mitigation and compensatory measures are in place while system issues are being analyzed and repaired
  • Technical consulting on systems design and requirements creation
  • Manages the implementation and support of networked security equipment as required for effective management of asset protection accountabilities
  • Oversees and conducts new system deployments, operational validation, and recommends final sign-off and acceptance
  • Maintains documentation regarding procedures, equipment and inventory, circuit ordering and disconnecting, interdepartmental communications, installation of hardware such as cameras, monitors, access cards and visitor management printers
  • Serve as primary contact for consulting with internal administrators and users in regards to system issues


  • Must have knowledge and experience in access control, intrusion and/or video systems including planning, installation, troubleshooting and managing various aspects.
  • Sound knowledge of and experience with Windows Operating Systems (Windows 7, 10, Server 2008, 2012)
  • Strong problem solving skills a must
  • Able and willing to provide assistance and coaching to junior level staff
  • 4 year college degree
  • 5-7 years related work experience
  • Military education or experience may be considered in lieu of civilian requirements listed
