Corporate & Securities Associate at Mayer Brown in San Francisco, CA

Seeking a mid-level (3rd - 5th year) associate to join the growing Capital Markets practice and to be based in the New York office. Specific background in capital markets work is required. Experience working on private placements, Rule 144A offerings, PIPE transactions, initial public offerings, follow-on offerings of equity and debt securities, and continuous offering programs would be helpful. The capital markets practice staffs work across offices, and associates have the opportunity to assist with issuer-side and underwriter-side private and public offerings, as well as with ongoing securities disclosure matters, including 34 Act reporting and corporate governance matters. Major law firm experience, excellent educational credentials and a willingness to take on responsibility needed.
