Summary of Position:
The Corporate Sales Manager is focused on driving lead generation for new customers, renewals for specific identified customers, and working with Accounts Receivable to ensure that customers are paying Verge Health. This position will be responsible for managing the lead process within Salesforce and would require a close relationship with Marketing. Marketing will be responsible for the lead campaign and this position will be responsible for following up with all interested parties identified by the campaign.

This position will also maintain a specific list of current customers and be responsible for ensuring the Accounts Payable process is followed while also being responsible for renewing those customers.

Essential Job Functions:

Lead Generation
• Drive leads in Salesforce and setting up appointments or demos for RVP/Account Executive
• Provide support to the RVP to ensure RVP is prepped for the initial meeting
• Identify customer interest
• Current products in use
• Budget if available


Account Maintenance
• Partner with Customer Success Managers to ensure assigned customers are optimized
• Partner with Customer Success Managers to ensure renewals are complete 3-6 months prior to contract end date
• If required, complete and receive PO and upload to contract page in Salesforce
• Follow-up on past due or at-risk receivables in partnership with Finance

Other Skills, Abilities & Competencies Expected:
· Must have prior healthcare experience
· Prior experience in an external client facing role strongly preferred
· Strong verbal skills as most of the activity will be phone/email driven
· Understanding of a service-oriented industry
· Excellent customer service skills and dynamic presentation skills
· Willingness to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others as a team
· Demonstrate resourcefulness in setting priorities and proposing new strategies
· Flexible and a self-starter; able to multi-task while also being highly detail-oriented


Requirements:
· Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Education, Health Care, or related field
· 3-5+ years working with healthcare software products
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to deliver effective presentations and trainings covering complex information to audiences of all levels
· Ability to assess complex situations, workflows and requirements and facilitate solutions in a collaborative manner
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point)
