We need a someone with corporate recruiting experience and preferably in manufacturing, warehousing or production.

Location                 Newfield NJ

 

Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or production is preferred but not required. Bilingual is a huge plus but not required.

 

o         The Human Resources Recruiter performs responsibilities related to all of the HR disciplines as assigned and assists in enforcement and compliance of company policies, procedures and guidelines.

 

Qualifications:

 

o         Education: Bachelor?s degreepreferred.

o         4years of corporate recruiting experience

o         Experience: Experience in all areas of Human Resources

o         License or Certification: N/A

o         Travel requirements: Travel as required to other facilities and any other employer related locations

 

A day in the life (but not limited to):

o         Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and plan accordingly

o         Recruitment: seek qualified candidates for employment by increasing public awareness of the company by all means possible including advertising (social media & newspapers) as well as attending career fairs and communicating with local employer services

o         Interview and screen candidates and perform due diligence in the hiring process in order to present the best qualified candidates to management for further review and consideration. Screen applicants for behavior as well as qualifications.

o         Conduct background checks, pre-employment screenings and reference checks prior to making job offers

o         Administer appropriate pre-employment company assessments

o         Serve as the liaison with area employment agencies, college, high school and industry associations

o         Prepare and send out offer letters for all offered positions

o         Update open position listing weekly for automated posting to team members

o         Conduct New Hire Orientation for NJ team members and Virtual Orientation for Pittston team members (issue employee photo ID cards, building access cards and Paycom self-service information along with completing all necessary employment forms)

o         Conduct Alchemy Training in orientation

o         Coordinate and manage on boarding process for all new hires

o         Stay current on company organization structure, federal and state laws regarding employment policies and employment handbook

o         Maintenance and updating of Job Descriptions

o         Assist team members with any inquiries / requests on an ongoing basis

 

Bottom line requirements:

 

1. Bachelor?s degree preferred.

2. 4+ years of corporate recruiting experience.

3. Experience in all areas of Human Resources.

4. Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or production is preferred.

 

5. Bilingual is a huge plus but not required.
