identifying talent for opportunities ranging from Sr. Account Managers to Receptionists, across the US, all full time employees. Our Corporate Recruiter will:

  • Have 3+ years experience within an insurance or financial services organization
  • Have a desire to work on-site in our Midtown East office (Jeans Friday and did I say we have a Lab (yes a dog!) onsite?!)
  • Thrive in a fast paced environment but have a genuine demeanor to learn and understand our business
  • Enjoy employing a white glove service to an awesome manager base all over the US
  • Have solid Corporate Recruiting expertise as an individual contributor
  • Be a Team Player! There is no "I" in Team(the right person knows that!)
  • Love being an active LinkedInNetworker
  • Be proud to discuss his/her superior sourcing expertise; AIRS Certification a plus
  • Possess versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities
  • Have solid written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively in person, on the phone, via formal presentations, electronically or through other means to individuals or groups
  • Work a flexible schedule when necessary to meet the demands of the job
  • Utilize strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels and exercise solid judgment
  • Build and maintain trust and credibility at all levels of the organization
  • Exemplify organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills with a commitment to excellence

Your primary role will be sourcing and building rapport with hiring managers since we're looking for top talent and not just filling seats. You will develop and keep an active candidate pipeline/talent pool for expanding talent demands; proactively source passive candidates for roles within the P&C/Benefits/Private Wealth space.
