Who are we searching for:

We are searching for a Corporate Recruiter that will be part of dedicated and driven talent team to source, attract, screen and recruit high quality candidates for employment opportunities across a variety of disciplines for our expanding healthcare software organization. This is a great opportunity for a recruiter with technical experience who has a successful record of relationship building and proactive recruitment.

What will you do at Axxess:

  • Establish and maintain ownership of assigned positions; continually monitor and analyze the position and provide alternative solutions for securing the best talent
  • Consistently build pipelines and source qualified candidates through creative strategies
  • Recruit, review and interview candidates; manage the recruitment process through offer acceptance
  • Work directly with Director, Talent Management & Development to advise on and influence talent attraction and selection
  • Ensure contact with internal and external candidates is always professional and positive
  • Actively identify candidates using various recruitment techniques, strategies, web-based tools, networking, outside events (business associations, universities, alumni, industry organizations, etc.) and cold calling
  • Provide regular progress updates; drive recruitment progression and solicit candidate feedback

What you bring:

  • Prior technical recruiting experience required
  • 4+ years of recent full-cycle recruitment experience supporting various types of positions in such areas as: Engineering,
  • Marketing, Sales, Operations and Support.
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience with recruiting within a fast-paced corporate setting (or at minimum of a blended corporate & agency environment)
  • Experience recruiting technical support, and other professional software development roles
  • Must be self-directed with ability to multi-task, prioritize to achieve goals and handle a varying workload
  • The ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members
  • Must thoroughly enjoy and understand the value of recruitment with the desire to only hire the best
