Additional responsibilities include:

  • Provide general human resource guidance and support to associates and managers
  • Work closely with associates and managers and make recommendations to support a positive work environment
  • Support associates and managers in the area of performance management/optimization
  • Investigate, document and track associate relations issues and investigations
  • Assist with developing and implementing human resource processes, policies, and procedures
  • Help drive process improvement in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Assist HR Business Partners in resolving associate relations issues and provide guidance to managers and associates; escalate issues as needed within HR
  • Develop critical HR metrics and reports by regularly collecting and analyzing human resource data
  • Provide guidance on disciplinary issues and termination counseling; conduct exit interviews as needed
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with other areas of the organization
  • Writes and publishes a quarterly HR newsletter
  • Regularly and responsibly work with sensitive and confidential information

Qualified candidates will possess:

  • Bachelor Degree in HR or Business related subject
  • 3 years minimum of demonstrated investigative experience with a centralized investigative group or agency
  • 3 years minimum of extensive experience writing investigative reports
  • Experience in a human resource environment with a proven ability to produce positive results
  • PHR or SPHR certification preferred but not required
  • Travel is less than 5%
