CorporateHR Business Partner-Supply ChainThe Human Resource Business Partner will provide leadership and functionalHR generalistsupport to designated client groups within the corporate departments at Niagara Bottling.

Detailed Description

  • Effectively understand the business operations of each client group from both a strategic and tactical perspective specifically aimed towards our Supply Chain Group.
  • Partner with Department Leaders to accurately diagnose organizational issues, develop solutions, and assist in implementing action plans
  • Assist leadership in performance management and developing effective people strategy and succession plan for department
  • Guide leaders and employees regarding company policy, values, and career development
  • Plan, communicate, and execute all Annual HR Projects for Corporate Office
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal employment laws (e.g. FMLA, ADA, EEO, and FLSA)
  • Partner with Corporate Talent Acquisition to develop staffing strategies and workflow in the system and designation of responsibilities for exempt/ non-exempt hiring needs.
  • Implement and ensure compliance with Niagara’s Safety Policies and manage the Worker’s Compensation Process

Education

  • Minimum Required:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial/ Labor Relations, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or other related field.
  • Preferred:
    • Master's Degree in Industrial/ Labor Relations, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or other related field.

Certification/License:

  • Required: None Required
  • Preferred: PHR
