The Corporate HealthcareRecruiter is a key position at Vein Clinics of America; an organization that is the number one player in the vein diagnostics and treatment industry growing at 15% to 20% each year. As the organization continues a growth ramp focused on operational excellence and patient-centricity, this position will play a key role in contributing to the overall success of the Company.

The Corporate HealthcareRecruiter position is responsible for proactively sourcing for Physicians, as well as other professional, clinical and operational roles as needed. This position will be responsible for evaluating and recommending improvements to current processes, as well as focusing on data and metrics that detail the effectiveness and impact of the talent acquisition function.

The position will partner closely withotherrecruiters and team members in Human Resources to improve processes in areas such as compensation, engagement, onboarding, turnover, and retention. This position will be a project team member on the initiative to transition to a new Talent Management / Applicant Tracking system.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5-10+ years in talent acquisition/recruitment
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Physician recruitment experience
  • Healthcare industry experience
  • Proven ability with proactive sourcing techniques
  • Strong focus on process orientation and continuous improvement
  • Strong history of partnering collaboratively and gaining credibility with business partners
  • Self-directed, action-oriented, analytical, problem-solver
  • Excellent organization, time management, and project management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; both written and verbal
  • Exhibit the ability to organize thoughts, communicate professionally and concisely
  • Ability to work effectively withinternal and external stakeholders
  • Proven success in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, results-driven organization
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and general HR principles
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to travel as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven success and experiencerecruiting for non-Physician roles in areas such as Analytics, Finance, IT, Sales and Marketing
  • Experiencewith talent management system/applicant tracking implementation/transition
