As a Corporate Finance Manager, you'll help build our financial forecasting and reporting in Workday Adaptive Planning. Our goal is to eliminate spreadsheets from the planning and reporting process. This role reports to our Director, Corporate Finance and will partner with both the broader Finance team and the rest of SeatGeek to improve financial data quality, reporting, and the broader financial modeling infrastructure. This is an individual contributor role managing a function rather than team members.
What you'll do
  • Lead the administration and development of Workday Adaptive Planning, implementing our budgeting, reporting, and forecasting needs
  • Build reports and dashboards to support internal financial reporting and processes across the company
  • Improve our financial data quality and reporting by connecting data sets from across the business
  • Relentlessly pursue a deeper understanding of our business drivers and digging deep into the whys and implications on the future
  • Partner with our Accounting, Strategic Finance, Investor Relations, and Business Systems teams on ad hoc projects to improve financial reporting and data
  • Improve operational processes and reporting using systems and automation
Who you are
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience, with 2+ years of Corporate FP&A or Investment Banking experience preferred
  • 1-2 years of experiences with EPM tools, preferably Workday Adaptive Planning
  • Mastery of financial models (3-statement, NPV, DCF) and working knowledge of GAAP
  • Ability to pull insights out of large data sets, preferably using tools/skills like SQL and business intelligence tools like Looker and Tableau
  • Prior use of NetSuite (ERP), Salesforce (CRM), Brex (spend management) is a plus

The salary range for this role is $91,000 - $138,000. Actual compensation packages within that range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
