Award winning and growing food services company seeks a Corporate Executive Chef to lead the executive culinary teams of geographical area to ensure culinary and service continuity in all locations. This role will provide the overall planning and direction of the food service within the brand to achieve operating and financial goals. This position supports all facets of daily culinary production including all daily retail and catering production and overseeing the development of culinary employees. The best qualified candidate will have excellent leadership experience and will have a focus on safety and sanitation and quality and standards. This leader will need to be highly innovative and creative to drive strategy of current programs and spearhead the development new ones. Position is located in the Northeast. Candidates must have multiple years’ high volume culinary management experiencewith solid, demonstrated knowledge of managing waste, standardization of menus and recipes, understanding of end to end supply chain and procurement processes and systems. Organization is looking for an individual with previous corporate executive culinary management experience in a multi-unit food and beverage environment, as well as experience in mentoring and managing diverse culinary teams. This position is very relationship driven and the hiring company desires an individual who is passionate about diversity, faculty, and the community. Ideal candidate will have prior experienceworking within contract feeding accounts. Strong organizational and supervisory skills as well as a solid commitment to kitchen sanitation and safety are required. Candidates must have CEC certification as well as a Culinary Degree. Some travel will be necessary.
