Corporate Director of Strategic Planning and Market Development’s primary responsibility is the development of strategic and business plans for the evaluation of new and existing services/markets for the entities of Baptist Health South Florida (BHSF). Ensures entity initiatives are reflective of the priorities of BHSF. Develops Executive Summaries of analyses and communicates recommendations. Works with management and entity administration to develop implementation plans and monitoring mechanisms to ensure future program/service evaluation.
M.B.A or M.H.A. degree is required. At least 4 years experience involving strategic planning in a health care related field.
