Supports all aspects of the mergers and acquisitions process at FedEx, including determining the economic value of a company using mathematical models, such as discounted cash flows, net present value, internal rate of return, capital asset pricing model and accredtion/dilution; validating economic valuations by conducting research and using statistical sampling techniques to develop comparable/transaction multiples analyses; advising management of profitability trends in the transportation sector; and formulating recommendations to address material issues identified during due diligence and negotiations.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in finance or related area. MBA preferred. Five (5) years’ experience in detailed financial analysis, including three years’ experience in mergers and acquisitions. Experience in valuation methods, including discounted cash flow (DCF), comparable multiples and accretion/ dilution analysis, and conducting due diligence on target companies. Excellent communications skills, including authoring board level presentations, and project leadership skills required. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
