Intuit is looking for a talented attorney to join our diverse and dynamic corporate securities, M&A and executive compensation group.

You'll provide legal support for our SEC reporting, investor relations, Board and corporate governance, and will work with our HR and Finance partners on the proxy statement, equity plan compliance and executive compensation. In addition, you’ll have the opportunity to work with the Corporate Development team to supportmergers, acquisitions, divestitures and similar strategic transactions (including equityinvestments) from pipeline and planning stages through term sheet, diligence, negotiation, execution and integration.
