The Marketing Communications Manager creates, implements, and oversees communications programs that effectively describe and promote Jenzabar and its products. Manages all revenue generation digital & traditional marketing activities, optimizing Jenzabar’s messaging through the various channels. The Marketing Communications Manager will be responsible for establishing and leading Jenzabar’s brand and product messaging for both internal and external stakeholders.
? Oversee management of the marketing communications through the various communications channels.
? Responsible for data governance, management of corporate marketing data and KPI’s.
? Work with Senior Marketing and PR Manager to generate specifications for marketing campaigns based on creative briefs provided by Product Marketing Managers
? Work closely with Senior Marketing to ensure all marketing messages are created and delivered as “one voice” supporting our business strategy across all persona’s, media and analysists relationships.
? Champion Jenzebars content strategy, supporting themes and tactics to generate and build brand equity essential to the Jenzabar brand, product marketing, sales, client affinity, and lead-generation efforts
? Optimize content to convey the Jenzabar value proposition to appropriate constituencies with engaging and persuasive messaging and storytelling
? Ensure assets are integrated across corporate, marketing, and sales programs and campaigns, and optimized for specific delivery channels, including, but not limited to:
o Advertising (print & digital)
o Client communications
o Client success stories
o Direct mail
o Press releases and articles
o Print and digital collateral (brochures, datasheets, etc.)
? Support the marketing team in the day-to-day performance of their jobs including webinars, social media, blog, executive communications, and marketing contact data management
? Mentors junior marketing associates in copywriting, project management, website content, and digital and email marketing.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
? Bachelor’s degree + at least 4 years’ experience in Marketing field
? Experience with Marketing content creation – including print, digital, copywriting, and editing
? High level creative writing preferable in a technology/software environment
? Strong grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills
? Excel, Word, and Outlook proficient
? Flexibility to undertake a wide range of tasks to complete projects on deadline
? Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
? Diligent work ethic and strong attention to detail
