In this role, you have the opportunity to

Develop and implement the strategy for growing the service business with corporate Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) customers located in the West Zone. Additionally, you will provide service sales strategy and support to assigned Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO) and national Out of Hospitals (OOH) in the West Zone. Service business includes services provided on Philips equipment, multi-vendor services (MVS), Clinical Education and AllParts.

You are responsible for

  • Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships to win new service business and renew existing national service agreements (NSA) for assigned accounts, including IDNs, GPOs, and OOH
  • Developing and implementing the customized strategy for assigned corporate accounts to achieve revenue goals
  • Negotiating national Corporate Accounts contracts and renewals with assigned customers to meet or exceed Corporate Accounts sales goals
  • Developing customized solutions and cultivating customer relationships through a working partnership with the Senior Account Executive and Account Executives
  • Acting as a resource (customer advocate) for service matters, e.g. operations and billing issues, related to assigned Corporate Accounts customers
  • Training and coaching the service sales, operations, equipment sales, and contract administration teams as needed regarding Corporate Account agreements

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • BA or BS degree in business or related field
  • 5+ years' service sales or product sales experience in a capital equipment environment for imaging, medical products or a related health care field, preferably with service sales or product sales experience to IDNs, GPOs and OOH customers
  • Knowledge of the medical equipment and services industry as well as market conditions, trends, and competitor positioning
  • Ability to negotiate and close service sales with corporate account’s executive level staff
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic solutions within complex customer organizations
  • A quantifiable track record of producing sales growth while maintaining or improving margins
  • Ability to communicate and drive service solutions across zone and headquarters boundaries
  • Excellent customer (internal & external) presentation skills
  • Strong computer skills required
  • You must reside within the west zone territory, ideally in California or Arizona
