Corporate Accounting Supervisor

Responsible for performing SOX control activities by assisting in the review and approval of monthly balance sheet reconciliations, contract setup, journal entries, monthly/quarterly fluctuation analysis etc. Assist in financial statement reporting and disclosure support preparation, assist in lease software administration and related accounting. Complete special projects by prescribed deadlines. This role will also be responsible for fielding questions from staff accountants, investigation into general ledger inquiries, preparation of analytics and assisting with financial statement audit requests.

Qualifications:

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to research, understand and utilize current account guidance
• Experience in preparing account reconciliations
• Intermediate Excel / spreadsheet competency
• Exceptional organization skills and ability to meet deadlines in fast paced environment
• Ability to complete tasks independently as well as collaboratively with the team
• Experience in Accounting ERP Systems (Deltek Vision Global Access preferred)
• Competent in Ad-hoc reporting
• Experience supporting audit requests and communicating with auditors and third party consultants

Education and Experience:

• BA/BS in Accounting or Finance
• CPA
• Minimum of five (5) years experience
