Description: Cleveland Clinic Akron General is seeking a Coordinator, Laboratory Education who develops and implements the educational program for laboratory science students and laboratory personnel. Performs the duties of the Safety Officer for the laboratory.
Qualificiations:Master'sdegree with oneyear training in approved program and registry/certification as a Medical Technologist/Clinical Laboratory Scientist. Threeyearsexperience in medicaltechnologyeducation. Knowledge of adult learning requirements and continuingeducation practicespreferred. Alternate:Bachelor'sDegree in biological science or medicaltechnology and certification as a Medical Technologist/Clinical Laboratory Scientist with fiveyearsexperiencein the above areas. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
