Configure, program, and train for coordinate measuring machines and develop inspection program protocols for customers.
*** Develop and maintain CMM configuration and programs.
*** Establish inspection program control procedures and databases, using Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing system.
*** Develop operator efficiencies related to inspection program execution.
*** Facilitate scheduled CMM maintenance and calibration activities.
*** Provide CMM training to inspection and machining personnel.
*** Generate internal rates of return for products received from suppliers and in house manufacturing.
***Apply Quality System regulations and appropriate Federal and International standards.
