Our client is a Tri-State focused, middle-market commercial services enterprise growing under private equity ownership and emerging from the shadow of the pandemic. The company is poised to grow through acquisitive and organic strategies and looking for a hands-on growth-focused driver to continue to expand the scope of its market leadership.
Key mandates are to drive sales, installation and support activities, and customer service while maintaining productivity at all levels of the organization. Go-to-market includes major account installation as well as scheduled services and this role will focus on maintaining strong growth momentum while driving efficiencies within the operation across a multi-state, multi-market business footprint.
Your background will include deep experience in driving a commercial services business, with new installation project management as well as a significant maintenance service or route-based services exposure. You will have the capacity to multi-task across sales, business development, project management and customer service while running a true P&L. Ideally you will have worked both in large and mid-sized environments having driven implementation of well-developed business processes and “best practices” in small- to middle-market entrepreneurial settings. It will be an asset to have worked in a private equity-backed business or to have led the value creation and sale process for an ownership group.
