We are searching for a dynamic and experienced leader to join our company in the role of CEO/COO. The qualified candidate will work closely with the Chairman serving as managing director of the operation and as the main link between the staff members and the Owner/Chairman. Provide leadership in a company at the forefront of their industry. Develop a strategic plan to advance the company?s mission, objectives and to promote revenue, profitability and growth. Oversee operations to ensure production efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
? Direct the company in keeping with the vision outlined by the company?s Owner/Chairman.
? Partner with the Chairman/Owner to grow the company, strengthen it and ensure its sustainability.
? Represent the company as required, including attendance of important functions, industry events and public meetings, etc.
? Work closely with the Financial Officer to prepare annul budgets, complete risk analysis on potential investments, and advise the Chairman/Owner with regard to investment risk and return.
? Handle HR regarding hiring practices, payroll benefits disbursement, etc.
? Staff training and development, goal setting, teambuilding.
? Oversee quality control throughout the company establishing goals for each department/positions, risk mitigation
? Bachelor?s Degree or Master?s in Business Administration
? 5-10 years event planning; catering, service sector, food/beverage/restaurant experience a plus
? MS Office and professional accounting software a plus
? Strong ability to organize effectively, delegate responsibilities, solves problems and communicates clearly; leadership skills, including the ability to manage time effectively
