Associate Administrator

Turning Point has an opening for an Associate Administrator in Moultrie, GA. The Associate Administrator is responsible for development and implementation of operational strategies and hospital relationships; negotiates and manages various agreements; manages hospital relationships; and is directly responsible for the Operations Division. The Operations Division includes the following departments: Marketing & Business Development, Plant Operations & Facilities Management, Food & Nutrition, Environmental Services, Reception, Communications & Transportation, Materials Management, and Information Systems.


The Associate Administrator works with the Chief Executive Officer to ensure operations and activities are carried out in compliance with standards, regulations, accreditations, and laws governing health care organizations and corporate entities, inclusive of governance under state and federal law. The Associate Administrator also manages budgets related to finance and personnel management.

Qualified candidates will have the following:

  • A working knowledge of healthcare management practices and clinical operations.
  • A working knowledge of state and federal regulatory and various accreditation requirements related to healthcare.
  • A working knowledge of operations, financial management, and marketing methods.
  • Two (2) years of experience in hospital operations management required; facilities management, risk management, new business development experience is ideal.
  • Bachelor's degreerequired, Master's degreepreferred.
