 Responsibilities:

  • Leverage visitor data from Adobe Analytics, Qualtrics, Hotjar, etc. to create and own a list of priorities for testing revenue optimization and retention strategies
  • Build and implement eCommerce on-site tests to streamline the path to purchase, reduce cart abandonment, and grow customer acquisition efforts.
  • Deliver a plan for continual testing and enhancements to the website user experience driving improvements in KPIs
  • Work with the web development team to implement on-site tests and drive design and functionality enhancements for desktop and mobileexperiences
  • Collaborate with partners in User Experience, Customer Insights, Digital Analytics, Marketing, etc. to increase conversions of promotions and inbound marketing efforts

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of work experience in marketing/eCommerce
  • Proficiency with on-site testing platforms (Monetate, Optimizely, Test & Target)
  • Strong familiarity with digital analytics and measurement tools (Adobe Analytics preferred)
  • Experience with user testing (UserTesting.com, Validately, etc.)
  • Understanding of customer experience levers that drive e-commerce sales
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting
  • Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, and basic computer programming
  • Excels at problem solving and approaching problems in multiple ways
