Influence strategies to drive fiscal improvements and better business decisions in support of revenue and margin goals.
Drive alignment of strategies and execution across all capabilities in Converse Tech and ensure alignment to Nike Inc architecture strategy.
Drive a balanced approach to near-team goals (Win Now) while relentlessly focusing on longer term strategies (Creating the Future).
Coach and develop a leadership bench that can act as the leadership pipeline of future leaders for Converse and Nike.
Engage business stakeholders and partners to influence and drive best practices and innovative improvements to platforms, systems and processes.
Create multi-year roadmaps, execute and deliver to them. Provide strong communication rigor to all functions at the global and geography level.
Work closely with domain architects to delivery to corporate technology goals and objectives.
Effectively manage priorities across multiple products, technical teams, and business stakeholders. Leverage strong meeting and workshop facilitation skills, and conflict resolution.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field required.
Minimum of 12+ years’ work experience in a technology related field
Minimum of 5+ years’ work experience in B2B or E-Commerce related field.
Advanced leadership, and people management skills. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Must be able to interact effectively across functions and cultures.
Ability to influence unpopular decisions while maintaining strong working relationships.
Ability to critically analyze information & systems, creative problem solving skills & strategically plan complex organizational & functional interactions. Ability to manage multiple and changing processes and priorities.
