Operational, P&L and personnel responsibilities for a district (8-12 sites) of convenience store locations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES  

The ideal candidates for this posting will have had full P&L accountability for about 8+ stores, as well as full supervision and leadership responsibilities for store management personnel. Motivational, leadership and exemplary customer service skills are requisite to achieve success in this position.                                                                       

In addition to other responsibilities and to take full advantage of this opportunity, the candidate must excel at:

  • Leading, developing, and motivating subordinates to provide a great customer service experience.
  • Meeting objectives through implementation of company marketing strategies and effective territory management.
  • Maximizing territory profitability, cash flow and customer satisfaction.
  • Recruiting new qualified managers and sales associates.
  • Ensuring financial integrity of company facilities.
  • Offering guidance to managers on management activities.

JOB REQUISITES               

  • Minimum of three years Convenience Store multi-unit or Area Manager function experience.
  • Business degreerequired.
  • Demonstrated ability to act upon P&L results
  • Desire to work, expand responsibilities and succeed in a high growth and results-oriented company.
