Our client company is seeking Siemens 7 experienced Controls Engineer to be responsible for new and upgrades for electro-mechanical equipment and systems.

You must be willing to:

· Develop electrical/controls system design solutions

· Perform technical calculations supporting design

· Design customized solutions in manufacturing automation/safety systems

· Build/validate systems pneumatic/servos/variable drives/relays/communication networks/touchscreens/push button/robotic integration

· Provide technical support from line conception to installation/operation

· Resolve operational problems/minimize delays & unexpected cost increases

· Create documentation

· Support commissioning of new assembly lines/systems onsite/supplier facilities

Requirements (IF YOU DON’T HAVE THESE, DON’T APPLY)

· BS Electrical Engineering

· 5+ years’ experience in control/electrical system design utilizing Siemens/Allen Bradley RSLogix 5000/AutoCAD Electrical for manufacturing plants

· Skills in automated industrial system designs (specification of vision/power/sensor/inspection/communications systems)

· Programming & Siemens 7 experience required
