Responsible for overall management of CQC and have the authority to act in all CQC matters for the Contractor.
Manager must be a graduate engineer, graduate architect, or a graduate of construction management, with a minimum of 7years constructionexperience on construction similar to this contract.
This CQC System Manager must be on the site at all times during construction and be employed by the prime Contractor.
In addition to the above experience and education requirements the CQC Systems Manager must have completed the course entitled "Construction Quality Management for Contractors".
