One of JLL's account teams is seeking a dedicated Recruiting Campaign Manager who will be focused on executing talent acquisition marketing programs and campaigns across North America. In this role, you will build awareness, educate passive and active candidates about the benefits of working on our team and for our client, and encourage candidates to apply for open roles. A successful Recruiting Campaign Manager will be able to generate innovative campaign ideas for target audiences and then bring them to life a cross digital channels. Your campaign activities will help to build a solid candidate pipeline in support of short- and long-term account growth objectives.
This is a hands-on position that requires experience developing content from the ground up, managing integrated campaigns, measuring and identifying success drivers in campaign activity, and consulting on campaign strategy. The Recruiting Campaign Manager will have a strong project management orientation and be agile in coordinating cross-channel delivery of all campaign elements.
Core to this role will be an expertise in social media strategy, best practices (i.e. formats, platforms, engagement drivers, etc.), process, and community management. This role will work with the Recruiting Team and Director of Communications to develop and manage the account's social media recruitment strategy. This includes management and optimization of our social content, campaign promotion, creative resourcing, and measurement process.
Manage integrated recruiting campaigns that leverage the most impactful digital touchpoints in order to attract the right talent and influence them to action
Define candidate personas and research target demographics to build campaigns that resonate with key audiences
Establish campaign calendar to guide content development in alignment with key initiatives
Identify partners and opportunities to help amplify and position JLL among top talent
Develop recruitment marketing and social media toolkit that provides team with "plug and play" solutions to solve for recruiting challenges
Set-up, test/QA, and deploy email campaigns in Eloqua
Use data to rigorously assess channel effectiveness, prioritize based on business requirements, and develop an effective marketing mix to achieve application goals
Provide weekly and monthly reports to the Recruiting Team to ensure everyone understands the process and return on campaign activity
Consult and educate Recruiting Team on social media and marketing channel value and best practices
Develop promotional collateral for hiring events such as banners, posters, referral cards, brochures, etc.
Oversee content on Recruiting web page and work with Digital Team to implement updates as necessary
Develop and execute thoughtful internal communication plan to engage with existing talent and position them for opportunities on the account

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications , or Journalism
5+ years of marketing experience with expertise in content strategy, digital marketing, and integrated marketing campaigns
Well-developed copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills
Refined verbal communication and presentation skills
Ability to work effectively across concurrent priorities -- self-directed with strong time management and organizational skills
Experiencing collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results
High level of comfort with navigating ambiguity
Knowledge of primary social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.), tools, best practices, and emerging trends
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint) and Adobe Creative Suite
