Responsible for sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and referring applicants for a variety of open positions within the Americas Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Technical Services organizations.
Developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies utilizing external websites.
Identifying and attracting talented candidates. Interviewing and pre-qualifying candidates for referral to hiring managers.
Ensuring that all employment efforts comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements as well as with the company’s policies and procedures.
Developing and maintaining recruiting activity reports through our Applicant Tracking System, HirePoint.
4+ years recruiting experience, prefer IT recruiting experience.
Experience with high call volume and excellent communication skills.
Experience utilizing external websites to source passive candidates via LinkedIn.
High energy, highly motivated, and self-directed in face-paced, dynamic environment
Ability to successfully partner with team members to help ensure the success of a variety of open positions.
Excellent attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize and work well in a dynamic, team environment with competing demands.
