Responsible for the general administrative functions relating to the setup, database entry, organization, and maintenance of all centralized corporate and department contracts, and related documents. This includes sales, purchase, transportation, gathering, treating, processing and facilities agreements. In addition, the Contract Coordinator will assist Contract Administrators with specific duties in the TIES (Gas transaction management system) database and Commercial personnel in various internal and external data reporting.
Responsible for the setup and maintenance of all contracts, corporate documents and record books which shall be located in the Central File Room. Includes scanning documents and maintenance of the OpenTest database along with integration of scanned documents into the TIES databases.
Implement the Corporate Document Retention Plan by assuming control over documents sent to and received from offsite storage facilities. Initiate and maintain TIES customer database for Business Associate set up. Verify validity of data received, and coordinate with PeopleSoft Administrators.
Coordinate return of executed documents and correspondence related to agreements. Assist Contract Administrators and Asset Analysts in projects and presentations as required. Assist Auditors by retrieving related documents selected for audit review.
Prepare and distribute monthly Alerts Reports for Contract Term Expirations and Price Escalations.
