The Content Team at SkipTheDishes aims to produce top-notch content to delight our stakeholders, convey our brand personality while driving conversions and overall company growth. We are looking for a Content Team Manager to lead our team of creatives and manage our content team resources/project pipeline. The successful candidate for the role will be a leader with a creative vision who is passionate about delivering projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing:

  • Overseeing content initiatives for Skip's photo, video and audio content produced in-house
  • Creating and managing content for Skip's four stakeholder groups, including Customers, Restaurants, Couriers and Employees
  • Scheduling, managing, and prioritizing the Content Pipeline
  • Managing the team of Cinematographers, Photographers, and Content Coordinators
  • Working with Directors across Skip's Marketing and Brand Teams to execute on content initiatives
  • Identifying content opportunities that will drive order volume, customer acquisition, and customer conversions
  • Working with Content Coordinator(s) to support planning, storyboarding, and distribution of curated content for digital platforms


  • 5+ years of experience in managing teams in a leadership role
  • 2+ years of experience in creating and managing content across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, YouTube, LinkedIn
  • Understanding of content creation process for the entire marketing funnel (top, mid, bottom), including Brand Awareness, Brand Identity, and Call-to-Action content
  • Knowledge of production process and creative process, including pre-production, production, and post-production
  • Creative eye and insight for strategic distribution of content
  • Understanding of how to generate engagement from different demographics across social platforms
  • Voracious creator and consumer of content across social platforms
  • Understanding of cultural trends and what generates engagement amongst different demographics on each social platform
  • Ability to work creatively to generate content, and analytically to track performance of content
  • Experience in documenting and measuring KPIs for content and marketing campaigns
